There is many important equipment in this industries like Knitting equipment, dyeing equipment, cutting equipment, sewing equipment, finishing equipment etc. All of Our equipment (Machineries) are modern technological equipment that are most Sophisticated and made in JAPAN, TAIWAN, THAILAND, TURKEY, UK, USA etc. All these Modern technological equipment (Machineries) are well installed for proper quality production as per valued customer requirements.

The people of this Department have been working for our customer’s required design and giving live the customer’s ideas. Our fashion designers have portrayed their interests in thinking new design ideas to increase quality, value for money, and achievement of brand identity and individuality. We have strong Quality Department, who have been monitoring quality of each sector like yarn, knitting, dyeing, cutting, printing, sewing, finishing, packing till well shipment etc. Our we have separate quantity department.

Fabric Department: In this department, our specific quality controllers have been checking, examine, testing yarn quality, fabrics quality, dyeing quality (weight/GSM, required colour shade, Shrinkage, color fastness, rubbing/pilling etc

Cutting/Sewing/finishing: We have two Quality controllers in each section for checking quality very carefully and perfectly.  Before cutting, checking fabric shrinkage, weight, pattern etc. Same way in the sewing, the sewing Quality controller are checking sewing quality with sewing production manager including sewing operators, supervisor, line chiefs as per approved quality. Such way, the finishing Quality controllers are checking / caring packaging till cartons like ironing, folding, packaging, carton etc with each specifics people of this sections. It is very important section like cutting, and sewing. All the people of this section are set for each garment checking gradually step by step and short out any bad pieces that is not AQL.

We are very careful regarding stability for clothing. The dimensional stability of fabric refers to the change of fabric size when it is used or reprocessed due to the properties of material and the potential thermal contraction force in the process of processing. The fabric with good dimensional stability is worn and washed for many times, the original pleating and shape are unchanged, and the dimensions don’t shrink or elongated, which don’t affect the user experience. The fabric with poor dimensional stability is usually shown as shrinkage, such as shrinkage in sewing, ironing, washing and so on. Among them, the wash shrink is the problem that consumer pays close attention to very much.
